Beautique Makeup Artistry

Thank you for using Beautique Makeup Artistry. We would like you to please read all our terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your makeup service.

When booking your makeup service Using this website and booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions. Beautique has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the Website the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Beautique reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the Website is unavailable during any period

These terms and conditions apply to makeup and beauty services provided by Beautique (ABN 79 160 969 320) Upon making a booking with Beautique you are AGREEING to the following terms and conditions.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM CLIENTS - In order to provide better service to our valued clients, Beautique may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, Beautique may not be able to provide you with the service you require should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.

Beautique will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information/details to any third party without the clients consent unless in the purpose of purchase/depsoit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

For transaction security for debit and credit card payments, Beautique uses ‘SQUARE’, 'STRIPE' and 'T
IMELYPAY'

BOOKINGS

ALL BOOKINGS are to be made online or via email
PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50%, Any no show appointments will incur

an 80% cancellation fee. This applies to all customers who book with Beautique

ALL makeup bookings can take up to 1 hour & 15 minutes

DEPOSITS

A 50% Deposit for any service with Beautique is non-refundable/non-transferable and is required when any makeup booking or beauty services. For your appointment to be confirmed and the date held, your deposit must be placed. Once your deposit has been processed, a booking confirmation email will be sent out. Showing up later than 15 minutes will cut into your appointment time and may be cancelled and rescheduled.

Your appointment Is NOT booked In until the deposit has been paid and will become available to other clientele after the 72 hours.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Beautique accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Debit. (Eftpos Facilities Available – All Eftpos payments will incur a 1.9% surcharge)

All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST

OPENING HOURS

Beautique Makeup & Beauty Studio is a freelance business and hours vary week to week depending on bookings. A surcharge of 10% will incur if booking is earlier than 6:30am and will also apply on Sundays.

The following days are an exception:

Good Friday – CLOSED
Easter Sunday – CLOSED

Christmas Day – CLOSED

New Years Eve – CLOSED

New Years Day – CLOSED

Beautique will inform you via Instagram if makeup services are unavailable for any other days or times.

Please Note: These Public Holidays can be booked if required however a surcharge of $40.00 will incur.

TRAVEL CHARGES

Minimum $50 travel fee from studio and quoted according to travel Time/distance

PRICE LIST

Beautique has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the client, unless the client has placed an order at a stipulated price (then the alteration in price is not applicable). When booking any service with Beautique, the client agrees to these prices.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Beautique has delegated timings for each person which is emailed when bookings are confirmed. Please note: If, with no fault to Kirby run behind the scheduled time, there are additional overtime charges of $30 per half hour. This will be added to your invoice.

If you request a second makeup artist, there is a minimum fee of $50.00 however may be greater depending on distance required to travel. This cost will be confirmed prior to the confirmation of your booking once location is determined.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Beautique Makeup & Beauty Studio requires any information relevant to allergies, and/or medical sensitivity issues. In no event shall Beautique Makeup & Beauty Studio have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example, eczema, sensitivity and eyes.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Beautique Makeup advertises work through social media and it is important that we keep our followers updated with our new looks and efforts done on clients. If any photographs and content taken by Beautique that you do not wish to be used for promoting/marketing purposes, please inform us otherwise we love showing off your beautiful faces!
